Octavia Paine is a two-time character and the main and final villain of the multi-part episode, "It's Alive", from the third season of the animated series, Martin Mystery.
Background[]
She was one of the Center's former agents until she was fired from the Center for not having a good evaluation and not being improvised enough, so she becomes M.O.M.'s rival.
Personality[]
Octavia is evil, cruel, contemplative, manipulative, disproportionate and of course, ruthless, power-hungry and villainous.
Physical Appearance[]
Octavia is slender with fair skin, dark-blue eyes, red lips, thin blonde eyebrows and yellow, golden-blonde hair. Also, she wears a orange, red and black long-sleeved shirt with red pants and black boots.
